Belgrade Waterfront, one of the largest regenerations and mixed-use projects under construction in Europe, is a spectacular new city hub situated along River Sava in Belgrade, Serbia. This is a modern development by Eagle Hills, covering a total construction area of 1.8 million square miles. This exciting new hub will provide world-class residences, offices, a mall (Galerija Belgrade), luxury hotels, educational institutions and a 1.8km long public waterfront edge (Sava Promenada). There will also be an expansive public park and community parks featuring various leisure attractions.
Kula Belgrade (cover image), designed by SOM, is the highest building in the region. This 42-storey tower will be the highest hotel and residential building in Serbia, overlooking the Sava River. This exciting focal point of the city will house as an impressive observation deck at the top of the tower, with brilliant 360° views of the capital.
Residents and guests will enter the building through elegant residential lobbies and an underground garage entry level, both independent from the hotel’s entrances. Public spaces in Kula Belgrade will include bars and restaurants, a ballroom and a landscaped public plaza set to be a fabulous new hotspot for cultural and entertainment events.
The Residences at The St. Regis Belgrade
The St. Regis Belgrade and The Residences at The St. Regis Belgrade will be located within Kula Belgrade. This landmark building will include 220 luxurious St. Regis branded residences ranging from 56 to 175 square miles, spread across the 14th and 39th floors. These apartments will be the brand’s first residential venture in Europe, featuring a destination restaurant at the top of the tower with panoramic view, all-day dining restaurant, St. Regis Bar, spa, pool, gym, and event and meeting spaces for special celebrations.
