Clients are sometimes sent for blood testing to detect any internal systematic causes that cannot be seen to the naked eye. Following the one-hour consultation, clients are led up the sweeping staircase into the spa therapy room for a bespoke treatment with a Philip Kingsley Trichotherapist, who tailors the protocol according to any issues identified in the consultation. The revamped treatment room boasts high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows which flood the space with natural light.
Eight private hair stations feature Dyson Super Sonic blow dryers, complemented by three ergonomic wash basins for client comfort. Clients can relax while their Trichotherapist applies a specific Scalp Mask and Elasticizer pre-shampoo treatment, followed by a beverage and magazine browsing under the steamer for 10-20 minutes. The treatment includes an exfoliating scalp massage, infrared light stimulation for hair follicles, professional shampooing, and conditioning.
