NEW MENUS: PARK CORNER BRASSERIE, SERVING THE BEST OF BRITISH CUISINE

Park Corner Brasserie

On the corner of Park Lane, where bustling Mayfair meets majestic Hyde Park, lies Park Corner Brasserie, a buzzy brasserie within London Hilton on Park Lane, celebrating the very best of British. Visit for the must-try Sunday Roast, and consciously creative ‘Taste of Zero Waste’ and great value Weekday Set Menus, bringing the restaurant’s take on traditional British classics. All three menus are bursting with flavour, obsessively seasonal, no nonsense and low waste. Dishes and drinks are made with love by people who care.

The limited-edition Taste of Zero Waste menu uses techniques in use in the brasserie's kitchen every single day. Dishes include a zero-waste salad topped with all-too-often discarded flavoursome carrot tops and earthy beetroot greens; potato peel chips and a sumptuous bread and butter pudding, flavoured with ripe bananas and topped with a caramel sauce made with leftover fruit peel. Available for a limited time only, daily from 12pm-closing, with individually priced dishes from £8 and drinks from £3.

The Sunday Roast menu celebrates free-range and ingredients sourced from local farms, and promises to delight, with all the comfort expected of the Sunday tradition. Available on Sundays from 12:30pm-8pm, from £22 per guest.

Executive Chef Jean-Didier (“JD”) Gouges’ affordable Weekday Set Menu is £22 for two courses and £29 for three courses, featuring dishes such as Goat’s Curd with black truffle honey on grilled sourdough and Westway pale battered cod, mushy peas and chips followed by rich chocolate tart with peanut butter ice cream. Available Monday-Friday from 12pm-6pm.

With one foot in London and one in nature – a walk in Hyde Park is an unmistakably British thing to do, so is gathering great friends around a table for Chef JD’s new menus offering the best of seasonal and local produce.

 Executive Chef Jean-Didier Gouges says, “I am delighted to launch our Weekday Set Menu, our Taste of Zero Waste and the PCB Sunday Roast. Our team of talented chefs bring an incredibly diverse range of skills and cooking techniques from all corners of the world, but what brings us all together is our unwavering commitment to local provenance, the best ingredients from the best local suppliers. It’s not just about quality – we believe strongly in working with and supporting our local community and being as sustainable in our sourcing and buying as we are with our preparation and delivery: minimum waste, maximum flavour.”
