The Alpine Chalet, in partnership with Moët & Chandon, is now open at Number One Park Lane. This beautiful festive pop-up is a wintery transformation of the terrace restaurant at InterContinental London Park Lane, complete with a Swiss-inspired winter chalet. The Alpine Chalet boasts heaters and cosy blankets, providing a perfect winter sanctuary in the heart of Mayfair.
Moët & Chandon cocktails present a limited-edition holiday collection: Effervescence. Signature cocktails include the Fireside Royale (Briottet rhubarbe liqueur, Cocchi rosa vermouth, blackberry, apple, vanilla, Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Champagne) and Golden Candlelight (Regal Rogue wild rosé vermouth, passion fruit, pineapple, Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Champagne).
Alpine-inspired dishes include Raclette, new potatoes, and pickled gherkins; Tartiflette with potato, bacon and Reblochon; Alpine Truffled Macaroni Cheese with Gruyère, caramelised onion, apple sauce and shaved truffle; and Champagne Fondue with Comté, Beaufort, Reblochon, sourdough and new potatoes. For dessert, there is Pot au Chocolat with Baileys cream; Mont Blanc and Apple Strudel.
