LA FESTA DEGLI INNAMORATI: VALENTINE'S DAY AT THEO RANDALL, PARK LANE
To mark Valentine’s Day, Theo Randall has drawn inspiration from some of the most adored dishes ever created in Italy, undoubtedly one of the most romantic destinations in the world, to reveal a new four-course menu at his Park Lane restaurant that is ideal for Valentine’s Day. Guests can expect to warm their palate with a selection of Antipasti plates, including Fresh Burrata with Grilled Marinated Red Peppers and Insalata di granchio - an indulgent dish filled with fresh Devon crab, fennel, dandelion and Sardinian bottarga.
Slide a little closer for Primi, when guests can indulge in rich, sumptuous dishes such as Risotto di Mare - brimming with clams, mussels, sea bass, salmon, prawns, squid, tomatoes, chilli and parsley.
For Secondi, diners will be introduced to a selection of rustic main courses, featuring meat and fish - from Orata al Forno, a wood roasted sea bream fillet with datterini tomatoes, capers and parsley, to Tagliata, a grilled Longhorn beef bavette with Castelluccio lentils, roasted datterini tomatoes, radicchio and salsa verde.
To end their sensory duet on a sweet note, couples will choose from a selection of Italian sharing treats - including highlights such as a decadent Ricotta Cheesecake, with pears marinated in Marsala and vanilla, plus Theo’s legendary Amalfi lemon tart.
Throughout the meal, guests will enjoy live music and be surprised and delighted with roses as well as secret love messages under desserts - as an ode to the famous Italian ‘Baci’ chocolates, which each hold a love message inside the wrapper. This is the definition of romance!
